The Beef Case

The "Beef Case" is the signature, ultra-luxury dining spectacle at Papi Steak, priced at $1,000. It is widely considered the ultimate display of Miami excess, blending high-end gastronomy with theatrical performance.

The Steak

1. The Cut: A massive 55-ounce (approx. 3.5 lb) Australian Wagyu Tomahawk steak.
2. Quality: It features a marbling score of 9, the highest rating possible for Australian Wagyu.
3. Size: Designed for sharing, it is large enough to feed five to six people.

The Spectacle (The Performance)

The $1,000 price covers more than the meat; it includes a 60-second "dinner theater" show:

1. The Briefcase: The raw steak is brought out in a custom-designed, gold-lined or rhinestone-studded briefcase. This is a direct nod to the glowing briefcase from the film Pulp Fiction.
2. Atmosphere: When ordered, the restaurant lights dim and a team of servers performs a "parade" from the kitchen to the table accompanied by loud music (often a Top 40 track or the guest's choice), dancing, shouting, and laser light shows.
3. Tableside Branding: Once at the table, a white-gloved server opens the briefcase to a blast of smoke and uses a hot branding iron to sear the "Papi Steak" logo directly into the raw meat.
4. Preparation: After the show, the steak is whisked back to the kitchen to be cooked to the guest's preference and carved for serving.
