EVELYN

EVELYN is a 9,500-square-foot luxury steakhouse and high-energy nightlife destination in Dallas' Design District. Opened in March 2025 by Reach Hospitality (the group behind The Mexican), the concept is a "female-forward" reimagining of Old Hollywood glamour.

Concept & Design

Inspired by the Golden Age of cinema—specifically the aesthetic of the novel The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo—the venue is divided into distinct thematic spaces designed by the firm ICRAVE:

1. The Piano Room: The primary dining area featuring mid-century "1950s" glam, grand piano performances, and emerald-green accents.
2. The Ruby Room: A moodier, ruby-red bar area with geometric 70s-style carpets and a lively social atmosphere.
3. Room Seven: A high-energy late-night lounge that transitions from a dinner space into a disco-infused club with a massive rotating disco ball and music from the 70s and 80s.
4. The Powder Room: Noted for its elaborate design, it features vintage "paparazzi" themed mirrors and even serves complimentary champagne to guests.
